Whole Amphissa olives marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with garlic, coriander, and lemon.
Another of our original recipes gathered from Andalucia, bung them in a salad or enjoy just as they are with a crisp white wine and, once you’ve enjoyed the olives, use the oil to dunk bread.
