Fragrant citrus infused Amphissa olives prepared to an old Spanish recipe.
Large Amphissa olives marinated in fragrant citrus infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Another of our original recipes gathered from Andalucia. Bung them in a salad or enjoy just as they are with a crisp white wine and bread to dunk in the oil.
Ingredients: Green Olives 58%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 40%, Garlic, Coriander, Lemon Arome, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Lactic Acid.
