The Seasonist - Beetroot Risotto with Red Onion & Black Chilli - Pot 190g
We normally stick close to the kind of things an Italian might put in a risotto but for this recipe we've gone just a tiny bit off piste. Beetroot is our favourite vegetable and we love its sweet, earthy flavour and vibrant colour. Without going wild we've introduced one or two of the things we put with beetroot at home including cumin seed and a pinch of our favourite sweet, malty even chocolatey Black Chilli (Isot Pul Biber) from Turkey.
