The Ginoisseur

The Ginoisseur is a special treat for the real Gin enthusiast, featuring a bottle of our highly acclaimed Estia No.7 Olive Brine Gin together with a jar of our marinated olives and two jars of kiln roasted nuts.

Our Estia No.7 Olive Brine Gin is made by distilling the leftover brine from curing our finest Greek olives. This Award Winning Gin has been met with excitement by mixologists and gin enthusiasts all over. Made to London Dry standards, this is a premium quality gin that's so smooth you don't need tonic — it does however make the perfect G&T with a twist of orange, and lends itself impeccably to a dirty Martini.

It pairs beautifully with our Verde Lemon & Coriander Greek Olives and our Truffle Salted Roast Almonds and Smoked Sea Salted Roast Almonds.
