We discovered this recipe down in Provence — the Piston refers to the Provençal version of Italian Basil Pesto — the French simply use Basil, Garlic, and Oil.
After you’ve enjoyed the olives, the the basil-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil makes for a great salad dressing. Clean and fresh.
