"Salmon pink wine with a stream of fine bubbles. Partial barrel fermentation and 30 months lees ageing in bottle provide layers of complexity behind a nose of roasted strawberry and butter pastry. The palate is light and refreshing with cranberry and strawberry flavours reminiscent of summer fruit pudding.

A wine suited to all occasions, drinking equally well on its own or with light seafood dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 3 years.

Winner of a gold medal in the Independent English Wine Awards, a silver medal in the 2019 Sommelier Wine Awards and gold at the 2019 Wine GB Awards!"
