Fresh Dorset Wholemeal Sourdough Bread - approx 920g - Baked Daily
We make a limited quantity of long prove Dorset Wholemeal Sourdough every day at our Deli in Stur - We make it the day before and then it's allowed to prove overnight. It's not a pure sourdough as we do add a little yeast and this bread is made with a 33% mix of Wholemeal flour. It's a cracking bread and will last up to 7 days (when it makes cracking toast).
Ingredients: Wholemeal Bread Flour (WHEAT) 33%, Strong White Bread Flour (WHEAT), Water, Salt, Yeast.
Allergens: See ingredients in BOLD. Baked in a Kitchen that handles Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame.
All orders over £60.00 are inclusive of P&P charges. Orders under this have a Small Parcel P&P charge of £5.00.
