Great for a Moroccan-stye meal with beef, lamb or pork meatballs. To feed four you'll need 12 or 16 meatballs.
Add to a roasting tin with your choice of veg. Aubergine, red onion and sweet potato are our faves for this dish and sometimes we add frozen peas 10 minutes before the end of cooking time (about 1 hour in total at medium heat). Drizzle everything in the tray with olive or rapeseed oil then carefully (from the side) add a can of chopped tomatoes and water (half the can will do). Then sprinkle over the seasoning, cover with foil and bake. That's it!
This pot of seasoning will do two trayroasts.
