It works perfectly as a dipping condiment for goujons, crudités, haloumi fries, pizza, and chips, as well as an all-year-round condiment for prawns, bacon and sausage sandwiches. Other uses include egg mayo sandwiches, BBQ food, salads, and Fish fingers.
