We've taken Nocellara Olives and steeped them in either Gin, Tequila or Vodka - each infused with a dod of lemon.
The spirit takes on the flavour of the olive and the olive soaks up the spirit - that means you end up with a boozy olive and the perfect liquor to create a magical dirty martini or two.
Keep a jar in your freezer and use the olives to chill your drink - just make sure you eat these chilled - no one enjoys warm spirits...
Please do go easy - three olives will put you near to or even over the limit to drive, handle heavy machinery and not be the one with a traffic cone on your head.
