Cuoco - Dark Chocolate Florentines with Roasted Almonds and Sultanas - 120g
We start by mixing juicy sultanas with fragments of orange & lemon peel & then combine with rich caramel which we then bake to get that perfect chewy but crunchy texture. We then place this “disc” onto our sustainable cocoa 70% dark chocolate.
Cocoa Solids 71% Minimum.
Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Fat-reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring) (38%), Flaked Almonds (25%), Sugar, Salted Butter (Milk), Cream (Milk), Sultanas (Sunflower Oil), Stem Ginger (Ginger, Sugar, Water), Glucose Syrup (Sulphites), Invert Sugar Syrup (White Sugar, Cane Sugar, Water), Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Acidity Regulator Citric Acid), Rice Flour, Salt, Soya Lecithin.
