Regañas… Ok: so what are they? Well, they’re the original olive oil biscuit from Spain. Very simple, very artisan and ever so slightly wobbly and misshapen. These are liberally sprinkled with Sea Salt and Rosemary – don’t expect uniformity – these really are the real thing. Made and eaten with joy and gusto. Great for dipping into all sorts of things…
